Restorative Yoga

During a restorative yoga class, the body, using as little physical effort as possible sinks into ultimate relaxation, as you are guided into postures that cultivate mindfulness, and release tensions the body may be holding.

Props are often used, as well as peaceful live music and sounds, to invite the body into comforting, supported shapes. Blankets, pillows, bolsters, and blocks are used to completely drop in with your mind, your body, and ultimate inner peace.

You will leave restored, rejuvenated, reset, and replenished.
