Mindful Flow Yoga
A more gentle, supportive yoga practice paired with mindfulness, helps us cultivate body, breath, peace, and awareness to the “sounds “in our minds. Life will keep happening around us, but a mindful practice creates a steady place of peace, and clarity to carry into our lives off the yoga mat.
Classes begin with (pranayama)breath and centering, followed by (asana) poses, and movement to strengthen and stretch the heart, mind, and body. The practice quietly closes with a peaceful long Shavasana.
