My Yoga Journey

Yoga and I met in 2014, first as a relief for a stiff body, and a hectic pace of life. After the very first class, I realized I felt more comfortable in my own skin. Yoga not only brought a positive shift and strength to my body, but my racing mind found “quiet “and contentment. Yoga is a passion that must be shared. Connection of mind, body, and breathing offers space, and appreciation for self to carry with you off the yoga mat, and into your daily life. My love of yoga, and style of teaching promotes inclusion, self acceptance, and non-judgment. 

I am an RYT-200 Vinyasa yoga instructor with specialized training in the beautiful practice of Yin, restorative, and chair yoga.
